We would like to take this opportunity, publicly and officially to express our thanks to our contracting partners for their trust, without which successful work would not be possible, for the good cooperation and for their patience, which, unfortunately is required occasionally.
Getting to know congenial people and their often exciting lives and interesting CVs is always a rewarding experience for us too. Conversely, your friendly responses show that the results of our work are often more than even a surprising gain in assets (whatever the amount). For instance, it can be a trigger for developing an interest in genealogy. Or for a family reunion decades after its members had lost track of one another for whatever reason. It could also mean a chance not only to fulfil one’s own wishes, but also to help others or just to cheer them up.
All this is an additional motivation for us to continue persistently and reliably — with a (slight) bent for perfectionism, — to apply our organisational talent, buoyed by sheer enjoyment of our work, in looking after our contracting partners’ interests by ensuring a correct and comprehensive inquiry and finding solutions even in seemingly hopeless cases as quickly as possible.
C. S. from the Rhineland (May 2009) – Misgivings, worries, even anxieties are entirely understandable when one is confronted with a new subject matter that most people are not familiar with at all. So go ahead and ask! It’s our job to convince you that we consider this a serious matter. It’s gratifying when time and again we succeed in justifying the trust placed in us – thereby making the whole process a new, entirely positive experience.
I. B. from Lower Saxony (February 2010) – We, too are great fans of the Baltic Sea, and especially the Isle of Ruegen.
G. S. from Upper Lusatia (April 2011)
K. B. from Saxony-Anhalt (November 2011) – It goes without saying that after the process has been concluded, we will be pleased to provide those interested with personal documents: specifically with the portion of our inquiry results pertaining to them, family trees and documents used to substantiate their inheritance claims. Otherwise the records are liquidated and appropriately destroyed to safeguard data privacy.
R. H. from Texas/USA (December 2013) – Thank you for the cute — „Dunka shern“ – which shows that we not only find those concerned wherever their families „got stranded“ in the course of history, but that in most cases they turn out to be true cosmopolitans. And they can communicate in any language.
B. S. from Hamburg (January 2014) – Although she herself was not one of the heirs, she diligently supported her cousin in Virginia Beach/USA and helped her with inquiries and to communicate with people overseas. That’s simply great and I might add, it’s characteristic of our bureau, namely that we get those concerned in the concrete case and place to join us and become our co-workers for a while.
A. O. from the voivodship of Wielkopolskie/Poland (October 2014) – Translation: „Ref. Inheritance Case […]; Dear Sir, I would like to thank you for the professional inquiries, thanks to which our life has become more interesting and colourful. We will use the money, which has come our way as a result, for creative and personal purposes. Thanks to you, we will be able to live the waning years of our life with dignity. Many thanks, come and visit Poland, we wish you all the very best. Regards […]“
B. S. from Berlin (July 2015) – It’s not always possible to finance a racehorse or a new car with an inheritance, but it’s always enough for a dinner with the whole family at our favourite Italian restaurant – without any financial risk and, unlike the lottery, without even having to pay for a lottery ticket.
